I made this using a tutorial, so there may be others you have seen like this. I used their earth image, and the rainbow background I learned how to do a while ago by adding a wave filter to a gradient, then adding an extra gradient overlay to the layer. Then I put the earth in, cut out the original layer that was overlapping it and some extra in the layer to make it look more texturised. Then I added the lens flare, which I think could not have been in a better position. I like using this for my desktop background.
